Didst 이용약관

이 약관은 Didst 앱(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 설치하고 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 사용을 중단하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

1. 서비스

Didst는 이미 한 일을 적는 기록장이자, 그 기록을 골라 친구들과 신문 형태로 나누는 앱입니다. 기록과 사진은 기본 비공개이며, 사용자가 특정 신문에 직접 발행한 것만 그 신문 구성원에게 보입니다.

2. 계정

계정은 기기에서 만든 익명 식별자로 생성되며 만 14세 이상만 사용할 수 있습니다. 닉네임은 서비스 안에서 사용자를 가리키는 유일한 표시이며, 타인을 사칭하는 닉네임은 쓸 수 없습니다. 계정 삭제는 설정 → 탈퇴에서 즉시 할 수 있고, 삭제된 데이터는 복구되지 않습니다.

3. 콘텐츠와 행위 규칙

사용자가 적고 발행하는 콘텐츠에 대해 Didst는 불쾌하고 유해한 콘텐츠에 무관용입니다. 다음은 금지됩니다: 법령 위반, 타인의 권리(저작권·초상권·명예 등) 침해, 혐오·차별·괴롭힘, 음란물, 스팸.

모든 신문의 명단 화면에서 다른 구성원을 차단(그 사람의 콘텐츠가 내 화면에서 사라짐)하거나 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고는 접수 즉시 확인하여 지체 없이 검토하고, 위반 콘텐츠 삭제·이용 제한·계정 정지 등 필요한 조치를 합니다. 신고인은 사유를 적을 수 있고, 신고와 동시에 대상은 신고인의 화면에서 차단됩니다.

4. 발행과 공개

발행은 사용자의 명시적 행위입니다. 발행 시점의 문장·사진이 그 신문의 다음 호에 실리며, 발행 후 원본을 고쳐도 이미 나온 신문은 바뀌지 않습니다. 마감(신문 발행 시각) 이후에는 그 호를 수정할 수 없습니다. 다만 계정 삭제, 신고에 따른 조치, 법령상 요구가 있을 때는 이미 발행된 콘텐츠도 삭제·가림 처리될 수 있습니다.

5. AI 기능

재록(과거 기록 한 줄의 재게재), 입력 제안, 공동신문의 편집(유료 편집장·1회 체험)은 AI가 자동 생성한 결과입니다. 개인 기록의 AI 처리(재록·제안)는 설정에서 동의를 켠 경우에만 작동하며 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. AI는 기록을 평가하거나 점수 매기지 않으며, 배치와 선별만 합니다. 자동 생성 결과의 정확성·적합성은 보장되지 않습니다. 전송되는 데이터의 범위는 개인정보처리방침에 적혀 있습니다.

6. 결제

유료 상품(편집장, 지정권 등)은 Apple 인앱 결제로 판매되며 가격은 결제 전에 표시됩니다. 디지털 상품은 지급 즉시 효력이 생기며, 환불은 Apple의 환불 정책과 절차를 따릅니다(reportaproblem.apple.com). 계정을 삭제하면 상품은 복구되지 않으며, 결제·거래 기록은 법령에 따라 별도 기간 보관됩니다(개인정보처리방침 참조).

7. 지식재산

사용자가 적은 기록과 사진의 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. 사용자는 서비스 운영(저장, 동기화, 발행한 신문의 구성원에게 표시, 위 AI 처리)에 필요한 범위에서만 Didst에 이용을 허락합니다. 서비스 자체(앱, 디자인, 이름)의 권리는 Didst에 있습니다.

8. 서비스 변경과 중단

기능은 예고 후 변경되거나 종료될 수 있습니다. 서비스 전체를 종료할 때는 최소 30일 전에 앱 안에서 알립니다.

9. 면책

서비스는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 관련 법이 허용하는 범위에서, Didst는 사용자 간 상호작용, 사용자 콘텐츠, 서비스 중단으로 생긴 간접적·부수적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 이 조항은 소비자로서 사용자가 갖는 법정 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

10. 약관 변경과 준거법

약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 앱 안에서 알립니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 중요한 변경은 필요 시 다시 동의를 받습니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 문의: hello@didst.app

Didst Terms of Service

Effective: July 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Didst app (“the Service”). By installing and using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.

1. The Service

Didst is a log of things you already did, and a way to share selected records with friends in the form of a newspaper. Records and photos are private by default; only what you explicitly publish to a paper is visible to that paper's members.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created from an anonymous device identifier and are for people 14 or older. Your nickname is your only identity in the Service; impersonating others is not allowed. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deleted data is unrecoverable.

3. Content and conduct

Didst has zero tolerance for objectionable and abusive content. The following are prohibited: violating the law, infringing others' rights (copyright, likeness, reputation), hate, discrimination, harassment, sexually explicit material, and spam.

On every paper's member screen you can block another member (their content disappears from your view) or report them. We confirm reports on receipt and review them without undue delay, taking necessary action including removing content, restricting use, or suspending accounts. Filing a report also blocks the reported person from your view.

4. Publishing

Publishing is an explicit act. The sentence or photo as of the moment of publishing appears in the paper's next issue; editing the original afterward does not change issues already published. Issues cannot be modified after their deadline. However, already-published content may be removed or hidden upon account deletion, action on a report, or legal requirement.

5. AI features

Reprints, input suggestions, and shared-paper editing (the paid editor and its one-time trial) are generated automatically by AI. AI processing of your personal records (reprints and suggestions) runs only if you turn on consent in Settings and can be turned off anytime. The AI never rates or scores your records; it only arranges and selects. Accuracy and fitness of generated output are not guaranteed. The data sent for AI processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Purchases

Paid products are sold through Apple in-app purchase with prices shown before payment. Digital goods take effect on delivery; refunds follow Apple's refund policy (reportaproblem.apple.com). Deleting your account does not restore products, and payment/transaction records are retained separately for the legally required period (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Intellectual property

You own your records and photos. You grant Didst a license only to the extent needed to operate the Service (storage, sync, display to members of papers you published to, and the AI processing above). The Service itself — the app, its design, and its name — belongs to Didst.

8. Changes and termination of the Service

Features may change or end with notice. If the Service shuts down entirely, we will announce it in the app at least 30 days in advance.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Didst is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from user interactions, user content, or interruptions. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes to these terms; governing law

When these terms change we update the effective date on this page and announce material changes in the app. Material changes to personal-data processing will be re-consented where required. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Contact: hello@didst.app
