Didst 개인정보처리방침

Didst(이하 “서비스”)는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.

1. 처리하는 개인정보 항목

이용자가 제공 — 닉네임, 사용자가 적은 기록(텍스트), 사용자가 붙인 사진, 신고 시 신고 사유, 문의 시 문의 내용과(선택) 회신용 이메일.
자동 생성·수집 — 기기에서 만든 익명 식별자, 접속·처리 과정의 서버 로그와 IP 주소, 신문 발행 기준 시간대, 푸시 토큰(알림을 켠 경우), 결제 영수증 식별자(구매한 경우).
수집하지 않는 것 — 실명, 전화번호, 주소, 위치, 연락처(주소록), 광고 식별자. 회신용 이메일은 문의 시 이용자가 원할 때만 직접 입력하며, 계정 가입에는 이메일을 받지 않습니다. 행태정보를 수집해 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.

2. 처리 목적

기록의 저장과 기기 간 동기화, 이용자가 선택한 신문에의 게재, 아래 4항의 AI 처리, 이용자가 켠 조간 알림 발송, 유료 상품 지급, 신고·문의 접수와 응대, 서비스 운영과 오·남용 방지.

3. 공개 범위

기록과 사진은 기본 비공개입니다. 이용자가 특정 신문에 직접 ‘발행’한 것만 그 신문 구성원에게 보입니다. 다른 이용자의 기록을 신문 밖에서 열람하는 기능은 없습니다.

4. AI 처리와 동의

일부 기능은 Anthropic의 AI 모델을 사용합니다. 개인 주간지의 재록·입력 제안은 설정에서 동의를 켠 이용자에 한해서만 동작하며, 이때 이용자의 기록(발행하지 않은 기록 포함)이 전송됩니다. 동의는 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있고, 끄면 이후 전송이 중단됩니다. 공동신문의 편집(편집장 상품·1회 체험)은 그 신문에 이미 발행된 문장과, 편집에 필요한 신문 이름·발행일·작성자 닉네임·최근 호·과거 재록 후보가 전송됩니다. AI는 기록을 평가하거나 점수 매기지 않으며, 결과는 배치와 선별뿐입니다.

5. 보유 기간과 파기

개인정보는 계정이 유지되는 동안 보유하며, 설정 → 탈퇴 시 기록·사진·발행본·AI 처리용 기록(통계·선별 기억)·신고·차단 관계가 즉시 삭제되어 복구되지 않습니다. 다만 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률에 따라 결제·계약 등 거래에 관한 기록은 5년간 별도 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. 파기는 전자적 파일을 복구 불가능한 방법으로 삭제하는 방식으로 이루어집니다. 이미 처리위탁 수탁자(아래 7항)에 전달된 정보는 각 수탁자의 보관 정책에 따릅니다.

6. 정보주체의 권리

이용자는 언제든 자신의 개인정보를 열람(앱 내 기록·기록 탭), 정정(기록 수정), 삭제(기록 삭제, 계정 탈퇴), 처리 정지·동의 철회(AI 처리 동의 끄기, 알림 끄기)할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 요청은 아래 연락처로 하실 수 있으며, 지체 없이 처리합니다.

7. 처리위탁과 국외 이전

서비스 제공을 위해 아래 사업자에 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 모두 국외(미국)로 이전됩니다.

이전을 원하지 않으면 해당 기능(AI 처리·알림)을 끄거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 각 수탁자에게도 동등한 수준의 보호를 요구합니다.

8. 안전성 확보 조치

전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 접근 권한 최소화, 비밀정보(웹훅·키)의 암호화 저장 등 관리적·기술적 보호 조치를 취합니다.

9. 만 14세 미만

서비스는 만 14세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 알게 된 경우 해당 정보를 삭제합니다.

Didst Privacy Policy

1. What we process

You provide — your nickname, the records you write, photos you attach, a reason when you file a report, and the message plus an optional reply email when you contact us. Collected automatically— an anonymous device identifier, server logs and IP address, the paper's publishing time zone, a push token (if you enable alerts), and a purchase receipt identifier (if you buy something). We do not collect your real name, phone, address, location, contacts, or advertising identifiers; a reply email is entered by you only when contacting us, never for signup. We run no ads.

2. Purposes

Storing and syncing records, publishing to papers you choose, the AI processing in section 4, sending the morning alert you enabled, delivering purchases, handling reports and contact messages, and operating and protecting the service.

3. Visibility

Records and photos are private by default. Only what you explicitly publish to a paper is visible to that paper's members. There is no way to browse another person's records outside a paper.

4. AI processing and consent

Some features use Anthropic's AI models. Reprints and input suggestions in your personal weekly run only if you turn on consent in Settings, and then your records (including unpublished ones) are sent. You can turn it off anytime, which stops further sending. Editing in shared papers (the editor product and its trial) sends sentences already published to that paper, plus the paper name, issue date, author nicknames, recent issues, and past reprint candidates needed for editing. The AI never rates or scores your records; its output is arrangement and selection only.

5. Retention and deletion

Personal data is kept while your account exists. Settings → Delete account immediately and irreversibly removes your records, photos, published copies, AI-processing records (statistics and selected memories), and report/block relations. However, under Korean e-commerce consumer-protection law, payment and transaction records are retained separately for 5 yearsbefore destruction. Destruction is done by irrecoverable deletion of electronic files. Data already sent to the processors in section 7 follows each processor's own retention policy.

6. Your rights

You may view (the app's log tabs), correct (edit records), delete (delete records, delete account), and stop processing / withdraw consent (turn off AI processing, turn off alerts) at any time. Other requests can be sent to the contact below and are handled without undue delay.

7. Processors and overseas transfer

We entrust processing to the following, all transferred overseas (US):

To refuse a transfer, turn off the relevant feature (AI processing, alerts) or delete your account. We require an equivalent level of protection from each processor.

8. Security measures

Transport encryption (HTTPS), least-privilege access, and encrypted storage of secrets (webhooks, keys).

9. Children under 14

The service is not directed to children under 14; if we learn of such data we delete it.
